At Smooth Drive Dubai, your safety and convenience are our top priorities. By booking our Safe Driver services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.
🚘 General Service Terms
Tinted Vehicle Responsibility: Smooth Drive and its drivers are not liable for any penalties related to vehicles with illegal window tinting or black film.
Waiting Time: Our driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes. Additional charges of AED 1 per minute apply beyond this grace period.
Trip Cancellation: Cancelling the booking after the driver arrives at your location incurs a full trip charge.
🛡️ Driver Responsibility & Vehicle Requirements
The driver is responsible only for safely driving your car to the agreed destination.
Only fully insured vehicles are accepted. Customers must ensure valid insurance and registration are available.
Vehicle accidents are covered by the owner’s insurance policy.
Smooth Drive is not responsible for vehicle mechanical faults (e.g. brakes, engine issues) during the trip.
👥 Customer Behavior & Safety
Customers must avoid distracting the driver while on duty.
The driver has the right to stop the car and cancel the service immediately if the customer behaves in a way that endangers safety.
Smooth Drive is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle before, during, or after the service.
We hold no liability for fire, theft, or damage to personal items.
⚠️ Accidents & Traffic Fines
All Smooth Drive chauffeurs follow UAE traffic laws.
If a traffic fine occurs due to the driver’s fault, Smooth Drive will fully refund the fine.
In case of an accident:
The vehicle’s insurance will handle coverage according to its policy terms.
Smooth Drive assists in filing claims.
The customer agrees not to hold Smooth Drive liable beyond the insurance excess amount or AED 1,000 per incident, whichever is lower.
Incidents must be reported to our Operations Manager immediately. Complaints made after 1 hour from incident time will not be accepted.
📅 Booking Changes
Customers should inform our management team at least 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup to adjust booking times.
✅ Service Acknowledgment
By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
